the week.
tried out my new job at 'happy beaver early reader'. how amusing. i can't believe marking a primary 2 english comprehension actually made my head hurt. how sad is that. just another testament to how quickly the brain degenerates. the kids were rather noisy ("but why must i spell fourteen out? my teacher say after ten then no need" "shhh aiya just spell it out lah") but you gotta love the part where she hands out the money after.

heh heh i managed to convince them go for camp. both of you, say it with me - i will only pack the night before camp, not two days before. and be forewarned, i'm planning on bunking in your dorm room the minute you guys move in.
saturday morning was an achievement, if i may say so myself. managed to drag my ass to ecp at 8.30am. hj originally wanted to meet at 7.30. no way dude. i didn't even wake up that early for school. nevermind, it was worth it for my chin mee chin kaya toast and custard puffs.
met up with the class in the evening. it had to be one of the most successful gatherings ever. i realised how much i've missed just sitting with the class in the canteen, eating hiphop ice cream and listening to everyone talk.
huayshan stayed over afterwards! just sat back and watched her get high raiding my fridge and rolling around in my bed. did you know she grins secretly and whispers to her new buys? weirdo. but anyway it's comforting to find someone who's going through the same uni rubbish as me. i've discovered we share rather different views regarding medicine. but i guess that’s precisely why it's so interesting to talk to her about it.
